Green Starter Websites

The monthly plan requires a 24-month commitment. The contract includes a £695 setup fee paid upfront, followed by monthly payments of £99. The contract auto-renews on a rolling monthly basis after the initial term unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.

You may terminate the monthly plan before the end of the initial 24-month term by paying an early termination fee. This fee shall be equal to the full price of the One-Off Plan (£1,499) minus the total amount already paid (including setup fee and monthly payments), plus any additional costs incurred. For the one-off plan, no cancellation fees apply as you own the website outright from day one.

Late payments incur a £25 administrative fee after 7 days. If payment remains outstanding for 30 days, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend website services until the account is brought current. Multiple late payments may result in contract termination and early termination fees.

With the one-off plan, you own the website and all content immediately upon final payment. With the monthly plan, we retain ownership of the website until the contract term is completed, at which point ownership transfers to you. You always own your content, logos, and brand assets.

The monthly plan includes up to 2 hours of content updates per month, which covers text changes, image replacements, minor layout adjustments, and basic SEO optimization. Unused hours do not roll over. Additional hours can be purchased at our standard hourly rate if needed for larger changes.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the initial design concept. If you're not satisfied with the design direction, we'll provide a full refund of any payments made minus a 15% administrative fee. Once development begins, no refunds are available for the setup fee, and monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
