I’m Neil, a WordPress developer who loves squeezing every unnecessary kilobyte out of the web. I focus on what matters, cutting waste and improving how sites perform.
What started as a bit of fun with site speed soon turned into something bigger. I realised that even small tweaks, like a compressed image or a trimmed script, could make the internet just a little less wasteful.
That idea became LeanWebs, my solo studio for creating high-performing, low-impact websites that work better for people and the planet.
When a project calls for extra help, I team up with a few trusted designers, content specialists and SEO nerds who share the same lean mindset. Together, we keep things lean, focused and human-friendly.
